Charging
Always use the charger supplied by
Tecline
to charge the
Tecline
TECLIGHT
battery.
Using a different charger will void the battery’s warranty. The
chargers supplied by
Tecline
are intended for specific types of
batteries (battery capacity and cell type).
To charge the battery, unscrew the connecting cable plug from
the battery canister. Connect the charger to a plug socket, and the
other cable to the chinch socket in the battery.
Precautions
The lamp is a strong source of light! Avoid looking directly into the
light. This may hurt your eyes.
This lamp is also a source of UV radiation. Do not expose your skin
to this light for too long.
This lamp is not a toy! Keep it out of children’s reach.
Tecline
guarantees the water tightness of
TECLIGHT
to the depth
of 150 m.
Exceeding the depth limits may cause the lamp to implode.
Do not use the lamp if there is visible damage on the o-rings
sealing, housing, cable or battery canister.
Do not use the lamp if there is any visible damage on the cable or
on the lamp head glass.
It is recommended to regularly check the condition of the o-rings
in the head and in the canister before each battery charging.
O-rings ensure water tightness, so they need to be free from
contamination and damages (scratches, cracks, burnings etc.).
Tecline
guarantees the lamp’s water tightness only when all o-rin-
gs are used according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
The electronic system in the lamp may only be repaired / exchan-
ged by an Authorized
Tecline
Service Center.
Should water get into the lamp head or the battery canister, do
not use the lamp and immediately send it to an Authorized
Tecline
Service Center!
Water inside the lamp indicates contamination or damage of
o-rings, cable or other components.
In this case, the light must be sent to an Authorized
Tecline
Service Center.
Protect the battery from temperatures above 40 ºC. Keep the
lamp out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Do not freeze or burn the lamp.
The lamp housing is made of aluminium and polyacetal (Delrin®).
Polycarbonate, PVC plastic and NBR rubber were used as auxiliary
materials.
Electrical and electronic components, as well as the internal
battery can be hazardous to the environment.
The symbol on the product or its packaging indica-
tes that this product may not be treated as normal
household waste.
This product must be disposed of at an appropriate
collection point for waste electrical and electronic
equipment.
By ensuring proper storage and disposal, you will help prevent
negative effects on the environment and on human health.
Recycling helps to conserve natural resources. For more detailed
recycling information contact the appropriate local environmental
body or the waste disposal company in your location.
After use, the battery should be disposed of in a special container
or sent for further processing to a specially designated place.
