10.2. USER: ROM CONFIGURATION
To access this procedure, select USER from the configuration menu and enter the password “ 2406 ”
which protects against unauthorized access. Use the two center keys to enter the first password
digit, then press
OK ; repeat for the remaining digits of the password.
After pressing
OK to confirm the last digit, a new menu appears:

MACHINE CONFIGURATION
ROM CONFIGURATION
Use the center keys to scroll down until the ROM CONFIGURATION item illuminates, then press
OK . The display shows:
ROM CONFIGURATION
DO 3 REPETITIONS
The user must perform the 3 repetitions as prompted. The software will uses these repetitions to
calculate the user’s ROM and all the other range of motion parameters, i.e. the limits within which a
repetition is considered to be valid.
Clearly, the parameters computed from these three repetitions will be valid only for those exercises
where the software does not already have user-specific parameters available, i.e. for workouts
programmed from the menu, or for users with a TGS key on which the personal ROM has not yet
been stored.
After the three repetitions, the ROM configuration is complete and the software reverts to stand by
mode.
