7.10. DISASSEMBLING THE DRIVEN ROLLER, THE DRIVING
ROLLER, THE TREAD BELT AND THE MOTOR BELT

1. Place the machine in the maximum elevation
position.
2. Carry out the procedure described in
paragraphs 7.7. “Disassembling the motor
guard” and 7.9. “Disassembling the running
track”.
3. Remove the dust guard.
4. Unscrew the 2 screws a using a 6-mm Allen
T wrench.

5. Pull out the DRIVEN ROLLER b from its
supports c .
6. Remove the DRIVEN ROLLER.

7. Back off the 4 nuts d (2 are concealed by the
motor in the figure at left) which fix the belt
motor to the machine frame using a 13-mm
wrench, and holding the screw underneath in
place with a 6-mm Allen T wrench.
8. Back off the 2 outer nuts e and the 2 inner
nuts f using a 13-mm wrench.
