LAST PREHEATING
(in case the autoclave needs more than 45 min for the last heating)
TECHNICAL INTERVENTION
Verify the correct working of the heating element and in case replace it.
Check that the safety thermostat doesn’t be in the open position (to reset the correct
working, press on the push button which is on the thermostat)
Check the pneumatic circuit to verify pressure leakages
Check and in case replace the pressure transducer (procedure
P17
)
The MAIN BOARD doesn’t read correctly the information sent by the transducer; replace it

LIMIT
(T1 out of the lower limit for + 10 sec / cycle 121°C ->limit 121°C - cycle 134°C -> limit = 134°C)
TECHNICAL INTERVENTION
Execute from the technical menu: CALIBRATION PT1000 TEMPERATURE PROBES, to
proceed with the re-calibration of the PT1000 probes
Replace the PT1000 (temperature probes)
The MAIN BOARD doesn’t read correctly the information sent by the PT1000, replace it.
The MAIN BOARD doesn’t manage correctly the heater, replace it.
