TECHNICAL INTERVENTION

The user has open the door while the autoclave was in drying phase. Reset the alarm and
repeat the operation

The closing micro on the door doesn’t work properly. Replace it

The USER BOARD can’t receive a correct signal by the micro switch. Replace it.

DOOR CLOSING TIMEOUT

( more than 10 seconds were necessary to complete the phase of door blocking)

TECHNICAL INTERVENTION

Verify the correct working of the switches and in case replace them (procedure

P03

)

Verify the electric connection between the switches and the USER BOARD

Verify the correct alignment between the pivot and the switch

Verify that the micro switch is not set too much inside the support metal panel (and
therefore the contact is anomalous)

The USER BOARD doesn’t execute correctly the command. Replace it.

The MAIN BOARD doesn’t feed the electromagnet. Replace the MAIN BOARD.
