cannot be opened

a) Drain the water by running
the Pump or Spin programme.
b) Product is heating up the water
or it is at the spinning cycle.

c) Loading door may be stuck because
of the pressure it is subjected to.
c) Grab the handle and push
and pull the loading door to
release and open it.
d) If there is no power, loading door
of the product will not open.
d) To open the loading door, open
the pump filter cap and pull down
the emergency handle positioned
at the rear side of the said cap.
