• Set the Function Switch to ‘MP3/CD’ Open the CD door with the finger lift
• Place an MP3 disc in the compartment and close the lid.
The disc will spin and the player will read the disc and indicate the
number of readable tracks.
• Press STOP/FOLDER
The first folder (album) will display. The first folder is always the
root folder

Press STOP/FOLDER repeatedly to display all the folders in
sequence
When you have selected the folder there are two choices
A Press PLAY/PAUSE to play the selected folder.
All the tracks in the folder will play in sequence.
When the player reaches the end of the final
track in the folder the disc will stop and show
the total tracks on the disc
B Press SKIP or to select the track within the selected folder.
• Press PLAY/PAUSE to start playing the contents of the selected folder. All the
tracks in the folder will play in sequence from the selected track.
The disc will then stop and display the total tracks on the disc as above.
NOTE: If you press the SKIP button and exceed the number of tracks in the folder
the disc will automatically skip to the next folder up or down.
Example: There are 8 tracks in the root (Album 1)
If you press the button 9 times this is what you will see:
If you press the key twice you access the final track in the previous folder:
During Play
• Press SKIP or to move between tracks
• Press and hold SKIP or until the desired passage is located.
• Press STOP/FOLDER to stop the disc completely
REPEAT PLAY: A single track or the complete disc may be repeated
During Play
Press the REPEAT button to recycle the mode:
REPEAT TRACK ALBUM REPEAT REPEAT ALL NORMAL PLAY
• REPEAT TRACK: The selected track will repeat continuously.
• ALBUM REPEAT: All the tracks in the currently playing folder will repeat.
• REPEAT ALL: All tracks on the disc will repeat continuously.
• Pressing STOP/FOLDER will stop the disc and restore the play mode to
Normal Play.
NOTE: You can select all the play modes when the disc is stopped, but if you
select Repeat Folder the Root folder will automatically be selected
If you want to repeat all the tracks in a folder:
1: Select the folder. 2: Press PLAY/PAUSE 3: Press REPEAT twice
RANDOM PLAY:
Press RANDOM to play all the tracks on the disc in a random order. If you are in
any Repeat mode, pressing RANDOM cancels the mode. and substitutes Random
mode. You cannot enable Random mode to play tracks within a folder.
