PROBLEM
CAUSE
SOLUTION
The water does
not warm.
The unit is not plugged
in
Plug in the unit. Verify the
voltage.
The circuit breaker of
the house failed or a
fuse is blown.
Verify the circuit breaker or
replace the fuse. if necessary
contact an eletrician.
Water is warm
but steam does
not come out.
The water tank is empty.
Fill the reservoir with water.
Too much build-up in
the water tank.
Follow the instructions to
remove build-up.
The steam is
intermittent.
too much build-up in
the product.
It is normal the steam stops to
come out for some seconds.
If this keeps longer follow the
instructions to remove build-up.

(IX) - GUARANTEE
1. This product is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of acquisition and this
guarantee is effective only by presenting the RECEIPT OF PURCHASE stating
the buyer’s name, date of purchase, name, and address of the distributor.

Only defective products with manufacturing problems are covered by
this guarantee. Devices with malfunctioning problems caused by misuse or
improper handling even if not intentionally, are not covered by guarantee.

This warranty covers the unit only, not including its attachments.
4.
This guarantee does not cover damages by dropping the device down, repairs
executed by unauthorized person, violation of the device by the customer or
by unauthorized person, etc.
5.
The guarantee does not cover the cost of round-trip transport for repair, the
result or damage caused by improper use of the device and other expenses
not specified here.
6. The guarantee is good only in countries where this product is officially
commercialized by the manufacturer or the local distributor authorized by the
manufacturer, always with the presentation of the purchase receipt.
7. This is a non-transferable guarantee; it means it is valid for the first consumer
only.
