By doing these steps as below, Movie-Spot will provide more power to the device.

Please follow the steps to connect your portable hard drive on Movie Spot:

First step, connect to 1.8”/2.5” portable hard drive with the end of mini USB cable

Second step, connect the additional USB cable to USB1 port on Movie Spot

Final step, wait for 3 seconds, then connect the other USB cable to USB2 port on Movie
Spot.
