During use of the LEMBAS USB Modem, do not hold or touch the device for a prolonged period of time
with any part of the user’s body. The LEMBAS USB Modem complies with required surface temperature
limits, but even within these limits, sustained contact with warm surfaces for a prolonged period of time
may cause personal injury.
The LEMBAS USB Modem transmits electronic/radio signals to connect with wireless networks. These
emissions can negatively affect the operation of other electronic equipment, causing them to not operate
or not properly operate. When use of electronic devices is prohibited or restricted, such as while traveling
in an aircraft, turn off the device and do not use the device. Observe signs and notices and follow the
directions of authorities that prohibit or restrict the use of electronic devices.
The emissions from the LEMBAS USB Modem may interfere with the proper operation of medical
equipment. If you suspect that use of the LEMBAS USB Modem is interfering with your (or another
person’s) medical equipment, turn off the
device and do not use the device. Consult the medical
equipment manufacturer or a physician, if necessary, for further guidance.
The emissions from the LEMBAS USB Modem may interfere with the proper operation of other types of
electronic devices. Consult the manufacturer of those electronic devices, if necessary, for further
guidance.
Do not use the LEMBAS USB Modem in an environment which may contain potentially flammable or
explosive chemicals, vapors, gasses or particles. Use of the LEMBAS USB Modem in such an environment
may be hazardous and may result in serious personal injury.
Keep the LEMBAS USB Modem out of the reach of children. The LEMBAS USB Modem is not a toy, and
contains small parts that may present a choking hazard.

The FCC ID of LEMBAS USB Modem is 2A4DX-2195873-1. This ID and other related information such as
SDoC information can also be found in the README file in the mass storage directory of the device
/media/<username>/tedongle/LEMBAS_SW_Package_V1.0, which can be accessed by connecting the
device to a single board computer (SBC).
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
The LEMBAS USB Modem has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device,
pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against
harmful interference in a residential installation. This device generates, uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in
a particular installation. If this device does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception,
which can be determined by turning the device off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following measures:
