8.2 Operation of the TDK Explore Kit via button (without App)
First of all, it is important that the box of the TDK Explore Kit is tightly closed to start
the whole process. From the pictures you can see that the cover snaps into place at
the end of the box and is fitted with a seal.
After preparation, the TDK Explore Kit is ready for use:
If the status LED is flashing green the control unit is connected correctly to the
filter unit.
Everything is ready for use, but the box still can be opened because the locking
of the box is not active. Also the control unit can be removed.
Press in the middle of the TDK Logo (on/off button) for starting the disinfection
process.

Info:
Without connecting to an
Android device the default
disinfection program is running
after pressing the on/off button.
Then the default disinfection program locks the container automatically.
After that the status LED begins to flash quicker. Afterwards the status LED
changes to flash red. That shows that the box is locked and the control unit
can not be removed and the cover can not be opened.
After the container is locked. The generation of ozone (generation phase
can not be removed and can not be opened) starts.
The status LED does not change its colour.
The generation phase is pre-programmed to 15 min. This results in an
ozone concentration of ≈ 200 ppm inside the container (depending on the
content for disinfection).
