Test Instructions
1.Simulated Load Inspection Methods:
(1)Withstanding voltage test and Inspection:

In accordance with form safety standards,set Withstanding voltage tester parameters (Voltag
Values, Current and Test Time), white testing the hige-voltage pressure, insulation resistance test
items need to be shut down, otherwise the test will alarm.

Acording to safety standard,select the corresponding analog load resistance and notice that the
simulate load resistance is common for normal-to-end. Plug common socket of simulated load
into theWithstanding voltage tester outlet, and Ground terminated 75 ohm antenna of this equipment
is inserted into the dummy load "normal side (black terminal)."

Pressing the testing instrument "TEST" button:Within the set standard time, without warning, can
pull 75 ohm antenna socket,and change to insert 75 ohm antenna connected to analog checking load
"alarm terminal (red terminal)." Then press "TEST" button and the equipment should alarm ,which
indicates analog load Withstanding voltage tester is qualify. Otherwise, it's a problem of
Withstanding voltage tester or simulated load ,and it's notified length follow-up.
(2) Insulation esistance Test:
Set the parameters according to Figure 1 Insulation resistance standard (insulation resistance test,
pressure test items required to be closed, otherwise the test will alarm).
The common terminal of insulation tester is inserted into the high-voltage output jack, and the
normal terminal is pluged into the pressure test instrument ground terminal.Pressing "TEST"
button ,within the set standard time ,without warning, the normal terminal of the socket can be
pulled out, then plug the alarm end into the Ground terminal of voltage test equipment,pressing
"TEST" button, the equipment should alarm which indicates the simulated load and pressure testing
equipment is qualify, otherwise it's notified to follow up on the line.
Note: Each batch conversions need to make sure the correct of Withstanding voltage tester and
safety standards set ;before each work ,checking the status of Withstanding voltage testing and
Insulation testing is normal with a simulated loal .If there is not normal, immediately notify squad
leader or line leader to do any arrangement for dealing , and the test result make be recorded.
2.Withstanding voltage test and insulation resistance test method:
(1)Open test items of Withstanding voltage tester and insulation resistance tester items.
(2)Plug the power cord into the Withstanding voltage tester outlet, and the tester is inserted into 75
ohm antenna tuner.
(3)Within the rated time ,press "TEST" .If the alarm sound, the high-voltage leakage current failure
and high-voltage output should be closed. As in the rated test time,the light of the Withstanding
voltage tester " " is over (accompanying by a "beep" heard) tester pass on.

(1) Subject to the safety standards is set by the line leader specific guidance.
(2) When there's something wrong to a TV set ,production shoule be stopped, then the cause must be
