Is the device connected to the mains with the

If there is strong radio interference nearby, it

can cause malfunctions to the device in very
unfavourable conditions. This malfunction will

Are there obstacles between the mobile device

and the sound station? Walls, other electric
devices, etc., can interfere with the connection.
Switch the sound station off, position the
mobile device closer to it, then switch the
sound station back on and start the “pairing”
again.
