These alert symbols are used in Caution, Warning, and Danger notes.

Symbol

Meaning

Pinching or crushing hazard.

Electrical hazard.

Equipment alert: be careful of
damage from static electricity.

A general alert: used for all
other hazardous conditions
(referring to people, not
