NOTICE
First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using
the tool only when you are instructed to do so.
Step1
To assemble the base, connect the legs (2,4) to the bottom stabilizer (3) with four long screws (8) and
nuts (7). Tighten with a screwdriver and wrench.
Step 2
To attach the dumbbell tray plate (compatible for both 50lb and 55lb dumbbells), fasten four short
screws (5) and four nuts (7) from the bottom of the stand. Tighten with a screwdriver.
Step 3
Please remove the dumbbell and make sure the tray is empty before assembling. To attach the
dumbbell tray plate (1) to the base, insert four long screws (5). Tighten with a screwdriver.
Step 4
Place the dumbbells onto the stand.
