button in cycles of 3 seconds and repeating the
operation until you obtain the desired result.
CABLE COMPARTMENT
-This appliance has a cable compartment situat-
ed on its underside (I).
SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR:
-The appliance has a safety thermal device,
which protects the appliance from overheating.
-In the event of overheating, the thermal safety
mechanism will be activated and the appliance
will stop operating. When this occurs, the ap-
pliance should be disconnected from the mains
and allow it to cool down.
-Once the appliance is cool, the thermal safety
mechanism will reset by itself.
SAFETY OVERLOAD PROTECTOR:
-The appliance has another safety device which
protects the appliance from overload.
-In the event of overload, the safety mechanism
will be activated and the appliance will stop
operating. When this occurs, the appliance
should be disconnected from the mains and
allow it to cool down.
-Then press the rearming button, situated at the
bottom of the appliance, with the tip of a pen
or similar in order to reactivate the appliance.

-Wait for approximately 15 minutes before re-
connecting. If the machine does not start again
seek authorised technical assistance.
CLEANING
-Disconnect the appliance from the mains and
allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning
task.
-Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a
few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
-Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or
base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products,
for cleaning the appliance.
-Do not let water or any other liquid get into the
air vents to avoid damage to the inner parts of
the appliance.
-Never submerge the appliance in water or any
other liquid or place it under running water.
-During the cleaning process, take special care
properly into place (Fig.1).
-
Put the ingredients, after having first chopped
them into small piece, into the jar with liquid (do
not exceed the maximum marker).
-Use stirrer bar to introduce food easily.
-Put the lid on the jar; make sure it is properly
fixed in place.
-Put the transparent cup in the lid.
-Connect the appliance to the mains.
-Start the appliance by turning on the ON/OFF
button (F). ATTENTION: before turn on the ON
button, be sure to set the minium speed.
-Choose desired speed using the speed regu-
lator control and start blending. ATTENTION:
hold the jar if uses high speeds.
-If you wish to add more ingredients pull out the
transparent cup.
-Add the ingredients and replace the transpar-
ent cup.
-To stop the appliance, selecting OFF option of
the button (F).
-
To avoid a fierce, start up of the fan, it is
advisable to start off from the lowest speed
position and, once the fan has been switched
on, progressively increase the speed to the
desired position.
ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL:
-The speed of the appliance can be regulated
by using the speed regulator control (G). This
function is very useful, as it makes it possible
to adapt the speed of the appliance to the type
of work that needs to be done.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE
APPLIANCE:
-Stop the appliance, selecting OFF option of the
button (F).
-Unplug the appliance from the mains.
-Lift the jar from the motor body.
-Clean the appliance.
-ATTENTION: for your safety and to extend the
life of the device, the blades are not removable.
“PULSE / ICE CRUSH” FUNCTION
-The appliance works in highest speed to
achieve optimal performance.
-Turn on this button to operate and release the
button when you wish to stop operating.
-This function gives optimal result for ice-crush-
