sensitive edge input – fixed edge (DIP
10=OFF); 1 = Sensitive edge; 2= Common.
If neither the resistive sensitive edge nor
the fixed edge are used, set DIP 10 to OFF
and short circuit terminals 11 and 12;
3 - 4
BUS CIRCUIT
Device input with BUS system.
5 - 6
AERIAL
433,92 MHz built-in RX aerial input; 5=
Earth - 6= Signal;
J2
AUX
Quick coupling for the connection of the
T-WIFI
and
T-CONNECT
devices
J3
MEMORY CARD
Quick plug-in for MEMORY CARD
connection for transmitters codes.
J4
COURTESY
LIGHT
Quick coupling for the connection of the
COURTESY LIGHT led
J5
MOTOR +
ENCODER
quick coupling for the connection of the
MOTOR + ENCODER.
IMPORTANT:
•
do not connect switching feeders or similar apparatus close to
the control unit that may be a source of disturbance.
4.4. LOGIC ADJUSTMENTS
TRIMMER
FR
obstacle detection sensitivity adjustment.
Note: by rotating the TRIMMER FR. clockwise the sensitivity of the
gearmotor to obstacles diminishes and therefore the thrust force
increases; vice-versa, by rotating it counter-clockwise, the sensi
-
tivity of the gearmotor to obstacles increases and therefore the
thrust force diminishes.
DIP-SWITCH
1
AUTOMATIC
CLOSING
On
when opening is complete, the closing of the sec-
tional door is automatic after 60 sec.
NOTE: the adjustment of the automatic clo
-
sing time can be carried out ONLY via TAU
APP (with T-WIFI device)
Off
automatic closing disabled.
2 2 / 4 STROKE
On
with automatic closing enabled, a sequence of
open/close commands causes the sectional door
to OPENCLOSE-OPEN-CLOSE etc.
Off
in the same conditions, the same command se-
quence causes the sectional door to OPEN-STOP-
CLOSESTOP-OPEN-STOP (step-by-step).
3
NO
REVERSE
On
during opening the sectional door ignores any
closing commands.
Off
the sectional door’s behavior depends on the
position of dip switch No.2. The direction can be
reversed also during the opening manoeuvre.
4
PHOTOTEST
On
the “BUS photocells check” function is enabled.
Off
the “BUS photocells check” function is disabled.
Note: leave in OFF position when photocells
are not used.
5
PRE-
FLASHING
On
preflashing enabled, each time the gate is oper-
ated the light starts flashing 3 seconds before the
gate begins to move.
Off
when the gate is started, it will move immedi-
ately.
6
FORCE IN
STORAGE
PHASE
On
Force value increased
during the storage phase
for sectional doors with sliding problems during
opening / closing
Off
Normal force value
during the storage phase
for sectional doors without sliding problems du-
ring opening / closing
7
BACKJUMP
On
parameter increased for the realignment of the
belt / chain after closing.
Off
standard parameter for the realignment of the
belt / chain after closing.
8
GARAGE
DOOR SE-
LECTION
On
use for overhead door with 100BANT accessory
Off
use for sectional door
9
DECELERA-
TION
On
parameter increased for the deceleration point
of the sectional door in the opening / closing
phase.
Off
standard parameter for the deceleration point
of the sectional door in the opening / closing
phase.
IMPORTANT: the position of the sectional opening limit
switch is uploaded during setup ONLY the first time the
procedure is carried out (LEDs DL1 and DL2 alternating
red / green light). To change the position it is necessary
to carry out, before a new setup procedure, a “FACTORY
RESET” (see page 9).
10 SENSITIVE
EDGE
On
resistive sensitive edge connected. Connect the
resistive sensitive edge, with the related 8,2 KΩ
resistance, to terminals 1-2.
Off
SENSITIVE EDGE WITH NORMALLY CLOSED CON-
TACT (N.C.) Connect the sensitive edge to termi-
nals 1-2.
Note: If no sensitive edge is used, set the DIP
SWITCH 10 to OFF and short-circuit the termi
-
nals 1-2.
IMPORTANT:
Each pair of terminals attached to an NC contact that is not in use
must be short-circuited in order to ensure the proper operation
of the board.
4.5. PROCEDURE FOR STORING ANY BUS ACCESSORIES
ATTENTION: After powering the control panel, wait for 2 seconds
before starting to carry out the adjustment maneuvers.
If there is a need to equip the automation with any accessories such as
photocells, flashing light, key selector, push-button panels, it will be
necessary to use only products operating with the BUS protocol.
After installing and connecting to the control unit the accessories, if
any, they will be stored according to the following procedure:
1_ Press the button P2 until the yellow LED DL3 starts flashing conti-
nuously, then release the button.
2_The yellow LED will always remain on, indicating that the memoriza-
tion of the BUS accessories, if any, has been successful.
Note: If there are no accessories, the above procedure will not need
to be carried out..
4.6. MEMORIZATION PROCEDURE OF THE STROKE
NOTICE: Before making the automation perform any movement,
make sure that the sectional door has the necessary safety stops
for both opening and closing.
To memorize the stroke:
1_ bring the sectional door to approx. 1 m from the fully closed posi-
tion;
2_ press buttons P1 and P2 simultaneously for about 5 sec.;
3_ the sectional door will start to open.
Note: If it closes, suspend the programming by resetting the electric
panel (remove the power supply to the panel for at least 5 seconds),
and then with the panel disconnected, invert the power supply wi
-
res of the motor(s). Then resume the procedure from the 1st step.
Note: if the automation remains stationary, check the connections
of the inputs. Check that the DL4 LED is always on and if there are
any BUS accessories connected, the yellow DL3 must also be on,
while if no accessory is connected to terminals 3-4, the yellow DL3
will flash every 2 sec.
4 once is fully opened, the automation starts closing in search of the
closing stop (in this phase the control unit acquires all the parame-
ters relating to the stroke);
5 the automation performs a complete opening for the optimization of
the motor force during opening;
6 after a short pause, the automation performs a complete closure to
optimize the motor force during closure.
7_ when closing is complete, wait for the error signaling LED (DL2) to
flash every 4 sec.;
8_ the automation is now ready for normal operation.
ATTENTION:
- The procedure can be interrupted by pressing the STOP key.
