Maintenance
Activate the hydraulic pump (C) so all the oil in the system will go to the reservoir.
Start the engine to heat the system.
Turn off the motor and let the equipment move slowly.
Loosen the plug (A) and drain
all the oil, saving it on a container.
Right after, remove the return
filter (B), turning it in a counter-
clockwise direction using your
hand.
Spread oil over the seal of
the new filter and assemble it.
Put the plug back and fill up
the reservoir with a good quality
oil.
Reservoir capacity: 120 liters.
Always check the oil level.
Changing the oil and filter - SHT
A
C
B
Never start the engine when changing the oil.
NOTE
Hydraulic system depletion
Before operating the hydraulic system with full power, all the air on the circuit must
be removed with the smallest pressure possible.
Activate the actuators one by one and carry out the air depletion. If the system does
not have valves or plugs for depletion, slightly release the connections to eliminate the air
from inside the tubes.
Attention: During this procedure, check the oil level variation inside the reservoir.
Never operate if the oil is below the minimum level.
Being the hydraulic system running, increase the pressure gradually, always checking
all the circuit for possible leaks in the connections.
If it is necessary to tighten or loosen the connections, relieve the pressure and turn
off the system.
Always discard the waste on the appropriate container.
Clean and protect the filling nozzle during maintenance, avoiding the
system contamination.
