Select an arbitrary point on the Frame (call it Point “ZERO”).    Hook one end of the Spring (# 7) into the 
triangle-ring  on  the  Mat  (#  1).    Holding  the  Spring  Loading  Tool  underhand,  pull  the  other  end  of  the 
Spring towards point “ZERO” and drop the hook into the hole on the Frame as shown in FIGURE 7.    Tap
