3 – Preparation

If one of the keys around the display is pressed, the
following pop-up message appears when the display keys
are locked.
Display keys locked
• When Transport is set to LOCK, if one of the transport keys is
pressed, the following pop-up message appears.
Transport locked
• When REMOTE/KEYBOARD is set to LOCK, if a remote
control or keyboard connected to a remote connector is
used, the following pop-up message appears.
Remote/Keyboard locked
• When EXTERNAL CONTROL is set to LOCK, if an operation is
attempted using RS-232C, RS-422, PARALLEL or NETWORK
control, the following pop-up message appears.
