3.8.2 Recalculating the Route
From the Traffic menu (see above) tap Optimize route to perform a route
recalculation. All traffic incidents relevant to the route will be considered and
avoided accordingly.
3.8.3 Settings
From the TMC options menu you can adjust different settings.
From the Traffic menu (see previous page), tap Options .
Select the desired options by
placing a checkmark in the
corresponding checkboxes.
Automatic Route Recomputing
Select this option if you want to have the route recalculated for any new traffic
incidents affecting the current route. The navigation device will perform this
automatically.
Show notification if an incident is on the route
If there is any traffic event along the route an icon will appear on the map. If
you have disabled the automatic recomputing you can have the route updated
manually, if desired.
