The pump does not

stop automatically

Float switch is obstructed or
malfunctioning

Remove the obstructions and check float
operation

Float switch malfunction

Replace the float switch

Influence by electrical device in the
vicinity of the pump

Check whether there are any electro-magnetic
interference and relocate the unit as necessary
