5.5.4. SK2F-15P; SK2-15 disassembly procedure
NOTICE:

Before disassembling, make sure to drain the oil from the pump.
➢
Mechanical seal should be replaced only when broken or worn (see chapter 5.4.
Oil inspection and change ).
1. Suction strainer [3] disassembly
Remove screw [1] and washer [2] to remove the suction strainer [3].
2. Suction cover [6] disassembly
After removing screw [4] and spring washer [5], remove the suction cover [6] and gasket [7].
3. Impeller [11] disassembly
Using a socket key, remove the doomed nut [8], spring washer [9] and the impeller thread
cover [10]; then remove the impeller [11], impeller adjusting shim [12], lip seal [13] and shaft
sleeve [14] from the main shaft.
4. Oil casing [17] and mechanical seal [22] disassembly
After removing the screw [15] and spring washer [16], remove the oil casing [17] (when
doing this be careful not to damage sealing face of the mechanical seal [22]) and O-
rings [18], [19].
