Export Conference
Conferences can be copied from one Content
Server to other Content Servers. To do this,
use the export/import functionality available
in S3.3 or higher. For an overview of this
functionality, see

.
To export a conference
Click the
Export conference
link from the Edit
Conference page.
Depending on the duration of the conference
and the number of outputs, the export process
might take a while.
Once the conference has been exported, the
page will refresh and links to
Update exported
conference
and
Download exported conference
will appear.
Click
Download exported conference
and save
the exported .tcb file to an external network
location.
The file can now be uploaded to another
Content Server and imported. For more
information on how to import the conference
to another Content Server, see
Import
Conference
.
The exported .tcb file will exist on the source
Content Server for a week from the date of
exporting. During that time it is possible to
update the information and outputs for this
conference and to export it again by clicking on
Update exported conference
. This will replace
the original export file with an updated one.
After a week, the .tcb file will be automatically
deleted from the source Content Server.
