Veritas-Backup-Exec bietet ein starkes Leistungsspektrum mit einer

leicht zu handhabenden Schnittstelle für verläßlichen, automatisch
ablaufenden Datenschutz. Das integrierte “Emergency Recovery”
baut Ihr gesamtes System wieder auf, ohne Neu-Installation des
Operativsystems oder der Backup-Software. Einzeln finden Sie die
Dateien mit der File-Find-Funktion für besondere DatenRestores.

· Veritas-Backup-Exec benutzt einen System–TapeTreiber, der

während des Installationsvorgangs kopiert wird. Dadurch wird die
Backup Exec Ihr SLR Laufwerk erkennen.

Installation

1) Legen Sie die Desktop-CD-ROM ein.
2) Öffnen Sie

My Computer.

3) Klicken Sie das CD-ROM-Symbol zweimal an.
4) Ein Browser erscheint automatisch.
5) Wählen Sie

Backup Exec for Windows 95/98.

6) Klicken Sie das I

nstall

–Symbol an.

7) Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.
