Seat and Seat Belt
Seat
WARNING
Adjust, secure and latch the operator’s
seat.
Weight adjustment
¡
By pulling lever (1) upwards or
downwards, the seat can be adjusted
according to driver’s weight.
Up .................................... Light driver
Middle .............. Medium weight driver
Down ............................ Heavy driver
Back angle adjustment
¡
Can be effected by turning handle (2).
Adjustment scope ................. 15 deg.
Fore-and-aft adjustment
¡
After releasing adjustment rails by using
lever (3) the seat can be adjusted by
150mm (5.9 in.) in increments of 15mm
(0.6 in.).
Seat Belt
CAUTION
Always fasten the seat belt securely
before starting the engine.
Fastening the seat belt
1. Adjust the seat to the optimum position
for operating, raise your torso, and sit back
firmly into the seat.
2. Pull on adjuster (A) in the manner shown
in the diagram to adjust the seat belt to
the desired length.
3. Make sure that the belt is not twisted and
then insert the tongue plate (B) into the
buckle (C) of the seat belt until you hear a
clicking sound as it locks in place.
4. Pull the belt until you can feel the pressure
on your pelvis with the belt firmly in place.
