How to Use
(2) Raising/Lowering the Chair
1. Raising the chair
To raise the chair, step on the right side of the UP/DOWN pedal switch or press the
UP/DOWN operation switch upwards.
The chair operates while you are stepping on (pressing) the switch.
2. Lowering the chair
To lower the chair, step on the left side of the UP/DOWN pedal switch or press the
UP/DOWN operation switch downwards.
The chair operates while you are stepping on (pressing) the switch.

• Before raising or lowering the chair, always be sure to check that there are no
persons or objects near the chair or step, or in the gap of the support arm.
There is a danger of body parts being pinched, resulting in injury or damage.
• This chair moves backwards as it is raised. Thoroughly check that there are
no obstacles in front of or behind the chair.
