Configuring and connecting using wireless
The Tadpole M1400 has a built-in wireless card to connect to an 802.11x wireless access
point or wireless router that is configured for your Sun Ray network.
If you will be using the Tadpole M1400 on a wireless network, make sure that the wireless
communication switch (located on the front panel of the Tadpole M1400) is moved to the
right (ON) position.
1. At the OSD, select Networking and then select Wireless from the “Select Interface”
screen.

The system can now either scan for local wireless networks or you can configure the
wireless manually.
Continue with these steps to configure the wireless manually.
2. Select Configure Manually and press [Enter] .
