180 T328 Executive IP Phone User Guide (Coral IPx/FlexiCom)

Answering

To define your voice mail number:

1. Press 

[Menu]

 and use the navigator keys to scroll to Voice Mail (

2. Navigate to the required line number (1-6) by using the up/down arrow keys.

3. Enter your voice mail number from the dial pad. Use 

[Del]

 to delete.

Note: 

If you are not sure what is your company’s voice mail number, contact your system administrator.
