SLT User Guide

Do Not Disturb (DND) Override

Hookflash 3

DND Override can only be utilized by an authorized user. This feature can be applied to stations that are idle, but have been 
set to Do Not Disturb. After dialing a station and receiving the reorder tone, override can be applied and your call can be 
put through to the station.

To override Do Not Disturb status:

1. Hookflash.

2. Dial override code 

3

.

3. Listen for the ringback tone.

4. Wait for answer.

Note: 

The override feature uses the same feature code as Break-In.
