Checks
Equipment: Oscilloscope, PM8571A Pulse Waveform Generator
Preparation:
1. Configure the Oscilloscope as follows:
Time Base:
1
0 μs/div
Amplitude:
5 V/div
Measurement: Amplitude Vpp
2. Connect the 9260 input CH1 to the PM8571A CH1output and
9260 Auxiliary Input CH1 to the PM8571A CH2 output
3. Connect 9260 Channel outputs to the Oscilloscope input via
50Ω/2W Termination
4. Configure the PM8571A as follows:
Outputs:
Coupled
Frequency:
1MHz
Amplitude CH1: 1 V
Amplitude CH2: 1 V
CH1, CH2:
On
Test Procedure
1. Measure the output amplitude, should be 10Vpp±0.5V.
