Why is a function not available?
This may be due to one of the following reasons:
The function has not been configured for your
telephone - address any questions to Customer
Support.
Your communications platform does not support this
function - contact your T-Com sales representative to
upgrade your system.
Where can I get the accompanying operating
instructions?
The Comfort Open System-CD contains your User
Guide in PDF format.
On the Internet at

"Downloads" "User Guides" under "Comfort Open".
All you need to know is your telephone model and the
communication platform to which your telephone is
connected.
The chapter "Basic operating instructions" contains general
information.
What do I have to consider with initial start-up?
After starting the telephone for the first time, please follow
the prompts at your telephone for entering the extension
number. You get the necessary information from your
responsible technical personnel. To find out more informa-
tion on start up, read the User Manuall for your
Comfort Open W 500 on the Comfort Open System CD.
