Loudspeakers of 4 or 8 Ohm impedance (DIN values)
can be connected to these terminals. The change-over
switch

must be set to match the impedance of the
loudspeakers.
Note:
If the loudspeakers are to be used in countries outside
the EU the red/black stoppers can be removed from the
loudspeaker terminals. The speakers can then be
connected using banana plugs.
The stoppers are simply a push-fit in the terminals, and
can be prised out from the rear using a suitable tool
such as a knife blade.

4 Ohm / 8 Ohm change-over switch
Change-over switch for loudspeaker load impedance.
CAUTION:
To avoid overloading the amplifier it is essential to
set this switch to the actual impedance value of
your loudspeakers!
Note:
The impedance of your loudspeakers is stated on the
back panel placard or in the Specification in the
instruction manual provided with them.
