Learning an Infra-
red Command
The following describes how to
learn an infra-red command from
another remote control into the
ARC7 Learning Remote Control:
Entering Learn Mode
1. Press and hold the ‘Standby’
and ‘OK’
keys for approximately
5 seconds.
The remote control will emit a
sound and all device selection
LED’s should be blinking.
Device Selection
2. Press the device key with which
you wish the learnt command to be
associated.
The selected device LED will now
flash.
Key Selection
3. Press the key under which you
want to store the learnt command.
The LED will extinguish and
the remote control will beep to
confirm it is awaiting the infra-red
command.
Device Remote Control
4. Place the remote control to be
learnt approximately 10cm away
from the Learning Remote Control.
