priority to either Audio Bandwidth or
Stereo image, when deciding what operat-
ing mode it can drop back to.

AES/EBU Mode
This menu is used to define the clocking
scheme used for the AES/EBU output
port. If a external clock source is selected
then the interface timing is derived from
the AES/EBU signal presented at the
codec’s input interface. The AES/EBU
interface will automatically sample rate
convert both the input and output digital
audio bit streams.

permitted is 3:1.

If enabled, the return loop will take a
digital copy of the output PCM audio
stream and use it as the selected input
source. This feature is particularly useful
for setting up a monitoring point at a
transmitter installation.
