8.6 To replace the pump
1. Disconnect the geothermal heat exchanger and ventilation unit from the power supply.
2. Remove the front door.
3. Close the stopcocks X0 and X6.
4. Connect a drain hose to the filling valve X1 to drain the liquid.
5. Open the filling valve X1 slowly until all pressure is gone.
6. Replace the pump X5.
7. Fill the system to a normal pressure of 1,5 bar. Read chapter 8.3.
8. Close the filling valve X1 and remove the filling hose.
9. Open the stopcocks X0 and X6.
10.Put the front door back.
11.Connect the geothermal heat exchanger and ventilation unit to the power supply.
8.7 To replace the expansion tank
1. Disconnect the geothermal heat exchanger and ventilation unit from the power supply.
2. Remove the front door.
3. Close the stopcocks X0 and X6.
4. Connect a drain hose to the filling valve X1 to drain the liquid.
5. Open the filling valve X1 slowly till all pressure is gone.
6. Replace the expansion tank X4.
7. Fill the system to a normal pressure of 1,5 bar. Read chapter 8.3.
8. Close the filling valve X1 and remove the filling hose.
9. Open the stopcocks X0 and X6.
10.Put the front door back.
11.Connect the geothermal heat exchanger and ventilation unit to the power supply.
8.8 To replace the filling valve
1. Disconnect the geothermal heat exchanger and ventilation unit from the power supply.
2. Remove the front door.
3. Close the stopcock X6.
4. Connect a drain hose to the filling valve X1 or X2 to drain the liquid.
5. Open the respective filling valve slowly until all pressure is gone.
6. Replace the filling valve.
7. Fill the system to a normal pressure of 1,5 bar. Read chapter 8.3.
8. Close the respective filling valve and remove the filling hose.
9. Open the stopcock X6.
10.Put the front door back.
11.Connect the geothermal heat exchanger and ventilation unit to the power supply.
8.9 To replace the pressure gauge
1. Disconnect the geothermal heat exchanger and ventilation unit from the power supply.
2. Remove the front door.
3. Close the stopcocks X6 and X0.
4. Connect a drain hose to the filling valve X2 to drain the liquid.
5. Open the filling valve X2 slowly until all pressure is gone.
6. Replace the pressure gauge X3.
7. Fill the system to a normal pressure of 1,5 bar. Read chapter 8.3.
8. Close the filling valve X2 and remove the filling hose.
