EOLO BLULINE
6.1
PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
Before starting Eolo BLULINE, we suggest to check the following:
1) Control the correct electrical connection between burner, control panel and the electrical supply net.
2) Verify that the equipment are provided for the type of gas available (eventually refer to paragraph 6.5
on fuel change), verify the net pressure (see tab 6.4 on page 48) and open gas: verify that the gas flow
rate corresponds to the appliance plate stated data. Seal the regulation part of the gas valve after cali-
bration.
3) Position the zone ambient thermostat on the desired temperature (refer to control panel instruction); the
generators start.
6.2
STARTING AND RUNNING OF THE GENERATORS
With the generator electrically powered up and gas on, room thermostat contact closed, the control board
of the burner will begin the process of ignition and operation with the following frequencies:
The electronic flame control commands the starting of the fan for the washing of the mixing chamber for
the time TS 30 seconds. The fan will start at the speed set on PWM.
When the washing will be completed the ignition discharge will start for the time TS = 5 seconds contem-
porarily the gas valve will be commanded in opening (848 Sigma and 822 Nova Mix).
The gas valve will supply gas at a pressure equal to the depression generated by the fan, except for adju-
stments made to OFFSET and maximum gas flow regulator.
The air/gas mixture produced into the mixer placed upstream the fan, is conveyed into the combustion
head. The electrode will download sparkles for the maximum time TS.
When the download is finished and the flame is detected, the control device switch the function of the elec-
trode from ignition to detection.
In case of failed ignition or failed measurement of flame, the device E82 tries two more times to ignite the
flame: if it fails, the burner will be blocked. The rearm of the equipment is electric, by swithcing electric
power supply off and on.
With ignited flame, the burner will supply thermal power proportionally to the speed of the fan.
6.3
SETTINGS
If during the testing occurs one of the following failures due to an incorrect regulation of the ratio air gas,
and occur one of the following conditions:
a) the burner doesn’t have a good start at minimum power;
b) the performances or the values on combustion are not the ones required or indicated on the technical
data sheet;
c) the burner produces resonances at the minimum power, it will be possible to perform the regulations ac-
ting on the gas valve as described in the following points.
