Measure for length of 11.0 mm screw

Instruments

357.369 Blade Guide Sleeve

357.385 Helical Blade Measuring Device

Using the helical blade measuring device, measure for screw
length. Pass the measuring device over the guide wire to
the back of the blade guide sleeve. Screw length (to the tip
of the guide wire) is read directly from the measuring device.
No calculations are required.

Note:

If compression is desired, use a shorter lag screw to

avoid protruding too far out of the lateral cortex.
