Regional Settings - General

HTML in web pages does not use regional settings without 
programmatic support. To use regional settings, script in web pages 
must format dates, times, currency, and numbers using built-in 
functions that take the regional settings into account. This is the only 
method of using the regional settings in a browser. C/C++/C# apps 
can use regional settings through the standard Windows CE API.
