Scanner Emulation Interface

Ignore Unknown Characters

Unknown characters are characters the decoder does not recognize. When Ignore Unknown Characters is selected, all bar
code
data is sent except for unknown characters, and no error beeps sound. When Convert Error on Unknown Characters is
selected,
bar codes containing at least one unknown character are not sent to the decoder, and a convert error beep
sounds.
