Customize Norton AntiVirus

Customize Norton AntiVirus

The default settings for Norton AntiVirus provide
complete virus protection for your computer. However,
you may want to adjust them to optimize system
performance or disable options that do not apply.

Norton AntiVirus provides password protection for your
option settings. You can enable, change, and reset a
password so that unauthorized users cannot tamper with
your settings.

All of the options are organized into three main
categories. The options contained under each category
are as follows.

This section does not describe how to change the
individual options, but gives a general description of
what they do and how you can find them. For specific
information about a particular option, check the online
Help.
