Change Count
The number of changes.
Failed Changes
The number of changes that failed.
Rejected Changes
The number of changes that were rejected.
Unplanned Changes
The number of changes that were unplanned.
Change Assignment Count
The number of assigned users.
Closed Change Count
The number of closed changes.
Completed On Time
The number of changes that were completed within the allotted time period.
Contact Count
The number of users that are associated with the change.
Open Change Count
The number of changes where the status is not a closed state.
Reference Count
The number of references. References are items in your environment, such
as locations, departments, and assets.
Avg Age (Days)
The number of days that the change has been opened. This number is useful
for understanding the age of the change. The measure is valid for all changes
that do not have a Resolved or Closed state.
