10. Troubleshooting
No camera image
• Set the screen to the correct input channel.
• Check the voltage/current supply of the camera.
• Check the camera‘s cable connections.
• For long video cables, try connecting a test screen or something similar to the
camera with a shorter cable.
Use a higher-quality video cable or ampli fi er if required.
Only use black/white camera image
• Check the setting in the setup menu.
• At night, the camera will automatically switch to black/white display (at the
same time, all IR LEDs are activated). Colour display is not possible here.
Screen too bright
• Check the settings in the setup menu; reset the camera to factory settings if
required.
• Never point the camera at the sun or a lamp.
• Select the corresponding settings in the setup menu, e.g. for white balance,
etc.

At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the
relevant statutory regulations
