11. Installation
a) Location
The doorbell has an IP65 rating and can be installed
outdoors but in a sheltered location which is protected
against the elements.
Before drilling holes and mounting the device, consider the cam-
era recording and motion detection angles.
Refer to section “17. Technical data” on page 47 for further
information.

Check that the device is within range of your Wi-Fi access point.
Use of other 2.4 GHz products e.g. wireless networks and micro-
wave ovens may cause interference.
You may need to set up a wireless repeater to improve the con-
nection.
