WARRANTY
Thank you for choosing one of our SXT Monster EEC. You have a warranty of 24
months on your scooter from the date of purchase.
Please note that there is no warranty if:
1. When the warranty period has expired.
2. If the e-scooter fails due to misuse, lack of maintenance or change of settings in
violation of the user manual.
3. If the E-Scooter is damaged due to improper use, storage or accident.
4. If the E-Scooter is damaged because it has been tampered with, or if the fault can
no longer be found because the owner has already disassembled the E-Scooter to
change its original fault condition.
5. If the e-scooter is defective because the owner uses a different charger.
6. If you do not have an invoice and the information you reported does not match the
information recorded in our system.
7. If the e-scooter is damaged after contact with water, extreme temperatures or
contact with chemicals, etc.
8. If the electric system of the E-Scooter has been damaged by water, humidity, snow,
etc.
9. If the E-Scooter has been damaged by force majeure, including but not limited to
flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.
10. Consumables are not covered by warranty. Examples are listed below, but are not
limited to: brakes, wheels, rubber and plastic parts, etc.
Wear parts such as tires and brake pads are not covered by the warranty.
