Key function assignment in the Play Message menu

The following table provides an overview of the respective functions assigned to
the individual buttons in the Play Message menu.

Button

Functions

Play the messages, start/stop

Repeat playback of the message

Play the previous message

Delete the message during playback

Play the next message

2 sec

Exit the Play Message menu and return to Standby mode

Playing recorded messages

The recorded messages are played back in the sequence they were recorded.
The weekday and time of recording are announced for the respective message
prior to being played.

Deleting all old messages

All the old messages are deleted. New messages are retained.

Open the main menu
