Remove the cutoff mechanism.

Rinse water through the pump head by tur-

ning the clutch. This makes it easier to open

the pump head.

Open the pump head.

Remove the cog and the axis that is still in

the pump head. It can be necessary to rinse

with water to loosen it.

Remove the big, black O ring.

Push slowly on the axis on the cover until

a hole appears between the axis and the

cover. Rinse here.
