or mounting regulations or the investigation of them.
CHARGES DURING THE GUARANTEE PERIOD

- defective parts are handed over to the person carrying out authorised service
- the repair is started and the work carried out during normal working hours In case of urgent repairs or repairs carried out outside normal working hours the authorised
service provider is entitled to charge the customer for the additional costs. However, any defects dangerous to health and causing considerable financial damage are
repaired immediately without additional charges.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DEFECT
When a defect occurs during the guarantee period, the customer shall immediately notify the manufacturer of authorised service of it. The customer shall then provide information
of the product (product model, type of equipment in the guarantee card or rating plate, serial number) and give an accurate account of the defect as well as the circumstances
where the defect appeared. The emergence of additional damage caused by the defect in the surroundings must immediately be stopped. The guarantee requires that the
manufacturer or a representative of the manufacturer have the opportunity to confirm the damage before carrying out repairs demanded of the manufacturer during the guarantee
period. Repair under guarantee also requires that the customer can reliably prove the validity of the guarantee (= receipt of purchase). After the guarantee period has expired,
appealing to a notice given during the guarantee period is not valid unless it has been done in writing.
We develop our products continually and reserve the right to make changes without notice.
