Initially the wire holder (40009L-2) is affixed (picture 1) in the middle of the vehicle pane.

The suction pads with the double pulleys (40009L-1) are positioned on the side edges of the
pane at a distance of approx. 5 cm and fixed to the pane using the suction pump. Apply the
pump until the red ring on the pump piston is no longer visible. When working ensure that the
suction pads are securely held. As soon as the red ring on the pump piston becomes visible,
the suction pad has lost its vacuum effect and may no longer be securely held.

The wire cable device (40009L-3) is moved slightly to the left beside the wire holder and sucked
onto the pane.
