from anywhere in the world, visit http://preview.qmeye.net/ .
You will be prompted to input your existing username and password.

Download the PC/Windows Software to access the live view stream and
management features of the SVT-SMART System.
Visit http://www.qmeye.net/ and select the Windows Download Option.
